Brisbane Girls Grammar School call on Control Co when they need fast assistance in their multipurpose and AV rooms controlled by Dynalite lighting control. We've been onsite recently to assist with a few rooms with ageing controllers. They were DBC410 controllers which are a 4 relay, 4 ballast control unit, controlling fluorescent lighting with 1-10v dimmable ballasts. On inspection we could see the deterioration of their capacitors which causes the units to constantly reset, making the lights switch on and off repeatedly. We were able to bypass the units, giving the staff manual control while the units were replaced. On arrival the new units were installed and programmed to achieve the required lighting control again.
